A magyar lakosság étkezési motivációinak vizsgálata a TEMS-modell alapján

Tanulmányunk hiánypótló abban a tekintetben, hogy elsőként vizsgáltuk magyar lakosság evési motivációit TEMS kérdőív segítségével. Célkitűzésünk volt fogyasztók motivációinak részletes elemzése. Ennek érdekében egy 1000 fős országos kérdőíves felmérést indítottunk, amely nemre, korra, településtípusra, és régióra tekintettel reprezentatív. A felmérés során 8 jól elkülöníthető faktort kaptunk, amelyek következők: Szociális szorongás, Kényelmes élvezkedés, Egészségtudatosság Testsúly-kontroll, Árérzékenység, Társasági evés, Önjutalmazás, Szokás- hagyomány-vezérelt Az étel csábító jellege. faktorelemzés alapján fogyasztókat 5 klaszterbe tudtuk sorolni: Tradicionális egyszerűsítők, Spórolós társasági érzelmi evők, Kiegyensúlyozott önjutalmazók, Egészségtudatosak, Közömbösek.JEL-kódok: A13, D70, I12, Q56
